Zainol Haris Hassan – Chairman
Age 60. Appointed to the board of ATSB on the 27th July 2004. He has wide experience in the property development industry having served as Director in various subsidiaries of UDA Holdings Berhad with last position as Chief Executive Officer of UDAPAC Sdn. Bhd, the developer of Bandar Tun Hussein Onn Cheras. He is a graduate of UiTM in the area of business studies. While serving in the UDA Holdings Group, he has had various experiences in the Business Support System, Human Resource Management, IT System for UDA group and others.
Mohd Hashrizal Zainol Haris – Director
Age 32, Managing Director. Appointed to the board of ATSB on the 27th July 2004. A graduate from Middlesex University, London in the field of Bachelor (Hons) in Electronic Engineering majoring in the area of telecommunication. He has been with Time dotcom Berhad for 5 years. Having held various operational responsibilities and involved in many projects within Time dotcom group, coupled with excellent knowledge in the ICT industry would enable him to develop ATSB and effectively provide excellent ICT solution in the local and regional ICT development.
